SATURDAY'S TREASURES!

Happy Saturday my friends! We should change the name to "Treasure Hunting Day". My friend and I were off early this morning for breakfast and hunting. Don't you just love the thrill of the hunt? Because we giggled over our breakfast for too long, we only managed 3 really good sales.

My first treasure was this old Art Deco chalk lady. Isn't she cool? I am not sure where I am going to put her. Should she live inside or outside? What do you think? I was taking my pictures outside so that's where she is staying for now. She is very stunning so she might just come inside.

At another Estate I picked up the Limoges tea cup (I really needed it!). You never know when a group of 100 ladies may stop by for tea and I want to be prepared. The plate is also Limoges and is hand painted. What can I say? I am a sucker for Limoges! Did I ever tell you I collect old books? I got a couple of new ones. Don't you just love the covers?

I also, picked up a few aprons at the last Estate Sale I was at. They will make a sweet addition to my collection. Some times I think, well I just might sell my aprons, some people collect aprons. I don't know, these are so cute! Check my Etsy or Ebay, in case I change my mind. The weather in Los Angeles today is perfect! Hope you are having a great day!

Hey Martha my Dear (beatle reference)

I also collect antique books. German ones, Mexican ones and old books that have family member names on the title. I collect vintage aprons too but I actually wear them. My family used to mock me but now they think I'm cool...lol OMG...I love shopping at other peoples homes...lol
