CELEBRATING A BIRTHDAY AND LOOKING AT TEA CUPS!

Hello ladies and welcome to Tea Cup Tuesday No. 284.  Had a wonderful week, two in a row, yeah!  My baby girl had a birthday and we celebrated as a family on Sunday.  I love this picture of her in a super hero outfit, she is so much like that.  It seems like she is always doing 10 things at once,  always doing everything with Godly grace. Happy Birthday Vanessa!

I am still having trouble with the iCloud.  Classes are this week, so no new cups again this week.  So sorry, I picked cups I can find.  This first one is made in Austria.  It is so delicate and pretty.  Love the pale pink colors.

The next cup is a Stanley.  Love the huge rose design.

This last cup is a Foley.  It is just stunning.  Pictures do not do it justice.   I love cups with designs that cover the inside of the tea cup.

Having a big party in my garden this weekend.  I am so excited.   I just have to be sure to behave myself and not over do.  Here are some almost current pictures of my grandchildren.  All current ones are lost in the iCloud, whatever that is.

Had so much fun visiting your wonderful homes last week. Looking forward to visiting again.  Here are some of the parties I plan to attend this week. Hugs, Martha

CELEBRATING A GREAT WEEK!

Hello my friends!  Welcome to Tea Cup Tuesday No. 283!  You are not going to believe this, hope you are sitting down, I had a great week.  Back pain is becoming less and less of a problem, my computer however, is still driving me crazing.  I can't find the pictures I import, I finally decided to pay cold cash to have someone teach me the new iPhoto program next week, everything  else, well I am learning to cope!  Praise the Lord!  My grandchildren have begun school.  The best part is they love it. College students in our family are beginning to make their way to their dorms, life has begun, after over a year, to be normal again.  Thank you for all your prayers.  I have pictures, of them all, but I can't find them.

I am sharing only Paragon cups this week, mostly because I could down load them to Blogger.  Anything I download that is new is lost in the cloud. These cups are each amazing in their own way.  Love the Mums on this one.

This next cup is part of the Marlborough Series.  It is so very rich in colors.

Look how amazing this last cup is!  Love cups with designs that cover the whole inside of the cup.

I hope to have new pictures for you next week.  Thank you so much for your friendship and for following this party for so long.  Did you notice Terri visited last week?  Please continue to pray for her and her son. Below are some of the parties I am joining this week. Hugs, Martha

COUNTING MY BLESSINGS!

Hi Ladies:  Welcome to Tea Cup Tuesday No. 282.  Did you notice someone was missing in action last week?  I am so sorry I did not give you a heads up, but I must confess I have had one of the most awful few weeks.  My health, my family, my car, my computer,  I am so glad God does not give us more than we can bear, because, I am at capacity.  Doing a little bit better now and hope to continue.  In the mist of all the happenings last week, I did not want to miss celebrating my son's birthday.  We gathered as family and friends to celebrate and thank God for his recovery after last year's fire accident.  He has decided to start again and become a teacher.  I am so grateful for a change in his heart and less stress for me.  Here he is in his most important role, Uncle!

This first cup I am sharing is a Taylor and Kent.  I love the pot belly shape of the cup.  It is amazing looking.

I am sure you have all seen this cup, a Royal Chelsea, also just stunning!

This last cup is an Aynsley.  It looks like liquid gold.  One of my all time favorites!  It had been on my wish list for a while, until I found it at a very reasonable price.

I would like to thank you for your continued prayers. I especially would like to thank Kitty.  She sent me an email at the most perfect of time.  I felt broken that day and God sent her to me.  Thanks so much dear lady.  It is so amazing how, we may have never met, but blog friends are so special. Here are some of the parties I will do my best to join.  Thanks for faithfully following this party. Blessings, Martha

TEA CUP TUESDAY SHARING DEMITASSE!

Hello Ladies and welcome to Tea Cup Tuesday 281! Hope you have had a wonderful week. My week was very hard, maybe one of the hardest I have ever had.  I have seen how God has been faithful to me and for that I am so grateful.   My back has improved to where I am walking better, but sitting is still a problem.  I can see and feel improvement every day.  I never thought that my back would take this long to heal.  I would appreciate your continued prayers for me and my family.

I did not get out much this week, except for doctor's appointments.  I did manage to get a couple of tea cups last week.  That always puts a big smile on my face.  One of the cups I picked up was this stunning Aynsley.  I got it for $3.00.  The colors are so deep and rich looking.

The next cup is a Richard Ginori of Italy.  Just look at the handle of this cup.  Love the hillside scene on this set.

The last cup is a wafer thin, Limoges.  It has a very pale pink inside and the bottom of the saucer matches the inside.   All three cups are demitasse.

The grandchildren are busy having fun this last few weeks of summer. I did not get to do as much as was planned with them because of my health, but things are getting better.

Here are some of the parties I will join this week.  I visited about half of  you last week, my plan is everyone this week.  Sending hugs your way,  Martha
