HAPPY TEA CUP TUESDAY!

Hello Ladies:  Welcome to Tea Cup Tuesday No. 315!  Have you notice Terri has been joining us these last few weeks?  This tea party started as Martha and Terri's Tea Cup Tuesday and I am so happy to have her back when she can.  She is such a dear lady. I love her so.

I live near the Sand Fire, that has been in the news. so things have been "hot, cloudy, with chances of a lot of ash."   It looks like it is snowing ash at my house. We are far enough away that we are not threaten, but close friends have.  Please say a little prayer for us.  The temperatures have been in the high 90's, just awful for the fire fighters.  My mother has also been very sick.  I hate to see my Mama sick. She looks so little and fragile.  Please keep her in your prayers.

The cups I am sharing today are first this Castletown, USA.  I own the complete set with the Teapot.  Very sweet cup!

The next cup is this all gold, Bavarian from Germany.  It is so elegant.

Do hope you are all doing well.  Trying to stay cool during this very hot summer.  Here are the parties I will be joining this week:

TEA CUP TUESDAY "SHARING JOY" NO. 314

Hello my friends!  Welcome to Tea Cup Tuesday Sharing Joy No. 314!  Hope you are all doing well and that you have been enjoying your Summer.   My Grandchildren are back, so I get to spend extra time with them and I am so excited about that.  Just came back from a Beth Moore convention and it was wonderful.  If you have never read anything from her, you will be so surprised how great she speaks to women.

There is a big party going on "Where Women Create".  I was hoping to join it, but just ran out of time.  Remember at this tea party you are welcome to post anything that puts a smile and your face.  We need to see things that bless us.  A week does not go by without something horrible happening in our World.

This week I will be sharing one of my favorite cups.  This is an Aynsley, it is prettier in person than on this page.  I waited a long time to be able to buy this cup.  It was so exciting when it became mine.

This last cup is a Royal Chelsea.  It is stunning as you can see!

Thank you for stopping by and visiting this blog.  I am grateful for each any everyone of you.  You are ladies I have learned from, and can share my heart, without being judged.  In other words the best! Here are the parties I will be following this week.  Hugs, Martha

TEA CUP TUESDAY NO. 313!

Hello Ladies:  Welcome to Tea Cup Tuesday No. 313!  Wow, can you just believe what happened this week? It almost seems impossible to believe police getting gunned down. God help us! I feel like I am in shock.  All we can do ladies is pray.

I have been busy this week, working on my yard.  It was sadly neglected when my son was sick.  The gardener still came in each week, but they did not work on it like I would have done.  With the tree down in the back,  It  feels like I am starting all over again, in the back.  Much was destroyed with the fall of the tree, it could not be helped.  It is kind of fun to redo a yard, no matter how hard the work is.  I will show you when I am done.

I have a couple of tea cups I would like to share this week.  My son in law is a policeman, so it feels a little trivial to be sharing about tea cups, but we have to go on with our lives, knowing that God is in complete control regardless of how we feel.   This first cup is a FRANZ.  As you can see, I own the teapot as well as the tea cup.  I had the matching spoon, but I broke it dusting it.   It is so much prettier than the picture even shows.

This next cup is a Taylor & Kent.   Love the mums on this great shaped cup.

My Grandchildren are away seeing the country.  They look like they are having a blast!

Have a wonderful week dear friends. Stay safe.  Here are the parties I will be joining this week.

LET'S HEAR IT FOR THE RED, WHITE AND BLUE!

Hello Ladies and welcome to Tea Cup Tuesday No. 312!  Hope you are enjoying your holiday weekend.  We are back from a great vacation in San Francisco and had a wonderful time.  My children took off to Big Bear and I am watching one of their dogs.  He has escaped once for several hours, messed in the house and will not eat.  It is easier to watch sick grandchildren than one dog.  The dog has to be talked to very softly because he is an shelter dog.    I don't know how my daughter does this.

Next week I plan to change my decor all around.  It is time.  The two cups on the mantle are Coalport.  The pin at the top is an Ann Hand.  She does such amazing Patriotic brooches.

I hope that you are enjoying your 4th of July!

Just realized I did not post a lot of tea cups.  I will do better next week.

With all that has been happening around the world lately.  We all need to collectively pray: "GOD BLESS THE USA!  Here are the parties I will be joining this week.  Thank you for your faithful visits.  Hugs, Martha
