HAPPY PINK SATURDAY!

Hi Ladies: Happy Pink Saturday! I know where's the PINK! Well, let me just tell you what is going on. I am sitting at my computer waiting for the police department to come. Yes, I am still dealing with this Identity Theft problem. I am now (get this) getting letters from people who have cashed my stolen checks and want me to pay for their banks fees because my stolen checks, caused their checks to bounce! Isn't that just icing on the cake? It is almost funny! I had my credit card linked to my checking, You guessed it, that is the one my beloved thieves have over drawn. I have zero money right now, because even my savings has been stolen. I been working with 4 different agencies and they all have their own paper work and each do something different. I am meeting with another detective Tuesday. Today, I couldn't remember what street I live on or how to spell my last name. Did I mention I still have people trying to cash my checks? I have closed my account and 4 checks, each for over $3,000 have been cashed. I would cry, but not sure that would do any good right now. So here I sit, trying to do something normal, as I wait. Please pray for me. Pray that I am not responsible for any of the charges or checks and that this just stops. Oh, yes I could use some money, so pray my Ebay does well. My Paypal account seems to be ok. Also I get my check deposited at the end of the month to my bank so, pray that it is safe. Otherwise, I just do not know what I will do. I am going to remove the money it as soon as I get it. If that doesn't work, well ladies I may have to travel to each of your homes as a house guest for a full month! I promise, you' ll hardly know I am there. If you just leave food at the door and two extra soft pillows for the bed, I'll just be like church mouse in your house. LOL!

In keeping with the spirit of the day, (not sure what spirit it is, oh yes Pink Saturday) I want to show you some pretty plates I recently purchased at the Thrift store for 50 cents. Did I ever tell you I collect dessert plates? I love fancy dessert plates. A couple weeks ago, I found these at my favorite store and I just could not pass them up. They are Aynsley, Staffordshire. Coal port and Royal Doulton. I really scored that day. I think they are so pretty! When I thought of them, it made me smile. (Oh, remember Martha when, life was simple and you weren't at the police station all the time?) Those were the days my friend, I thought they would never end . . .

Ladies, my God is still on the Throne and I know this too will pass. (I just wish it would hurry up!)

Please don't forget Tea Cup Tuesday. We had 26 people last week. Did you see the amazing cups? We are having a lot of fun and I really would like you to play. We hope to have Mr. Linky up by Monday! Blessings and Hugs, Martha

Oh, my dear, dear Martha:

You are going through such a terrible trial right now. My heart goes out to you. How could this happen? HOW Martha? How could that person or persons have gotten your check book? Did you lose it? It boggles the mind.

I hope and pray this will end SOON. God is in charge. He will make all things right again.

Martha, the person or people who did this, to cause you so much trouble, will get paid back. Oh, trust me, He always evens the score.

May He help you now, Martha. Warmly, Susan P.S. Beautiful plates, by the way. The last ones are my faves.

This just happened to my husbands boss and I talked with his wife. She said it's been a nightmare. But I don't think your responsible for any of it and as far as those people calling you...change your number. And you know you can stay here...I have a spare room...it has Martha written all over it...lol Seriously,
take care Martha and this too shall pass...All things must pass. Looking forward to Tea cup Tuesday...

Once when I paid my bills, I put them in the mailbox, which was locked, (an apartment building back when I managed) and they stole all my bills. The soaked my checks in something and then went all over town cashing them in Targets, etc. They signed my husbands name on the checks. How they did it I do not know. My husband had just passed away and the store (Target) called me and asked if my husband had been in the store on Friday night. His funeral had been just the week before. I almost fainted. 13 check were written and I am the one who had to go to the trouble of the forms at the bank etc. It was a nightmare.
It happens a lot!

Dear Martha,
that's shocking, what you tell. I will pray for you, that it will have an end soon and that you are not responsible for all.
You have so outstanding china, Martha. I have never seen such rectangular plates and you have a nice collection of that. So pretty.
I wish you all the Best.

Martha, I am disgusted with the people who are doing this to you, it is shocking. Do they not realise the pain they are causing you? How can some people do these kinds of things, it is beyond me. Big hugs to you. suzie xxx

Oh Martha, this is terrible. I'm so sorry that you have to go through all of this because someone stole your checks. It isn't fair. I can't imagine the bank will hold you responsible ultimately for the checks. In the meantime, I'm sure it is very stressful.

Your china is beautiful as always, my friend. I'm sending positive thoughts your way.

Martha, I was looking at your beautiful dishes and then finally had time to read the blog. We are all so vulnerable to this type of crime. Remember when this was totally unheard of? We wouldn't have even fathomed this sort of thing! Wish I could help. I will pray for relief to your situation. In the meantime, God wants you to leave your worries in his hands and he will carry the burden if you just trust him with the problem. Off the subject, thank you so much for leaving the nice comment on my blog. I love to hear from others!

Oh Dear Martha, I am so sorry that you are going through this, how awful. This week I received a bottle of wine from Fed Ex, I thought how nice someone sent me wine. Well I found out that someone used my credit card and purchased the $65.00 bottle of wine and $21.00 Fed Ex fee to my card. So had to cancel that card, it was done on the internet from WY and I live in MI. We joined Life Lock, it is crazy how bad it is getting. You will be in my thoughts and prayers Martha. I love to visit your beautiful blog, you have the most beautiful china, boy just beautiful. I hope you have a wonderful week. Hugs, Terri
