Hello Ladies and welcome to Tea Cup Tuesday No. 245! Can you believe we are in November? I am sorry I did not visit everyone last week. I have been caring for my son. I want to thank you for your prayers, he is improving slowly. Yesterday was the best day he has had in a long time. It rained on Halloween here in Los Angeles. I did not get one child at the door. I have so much candy, not quite sure what I am going to do with it all. Noah and Maya got sick on Halloween and Noah's dog got out of the gate and was not found until late the next day. Sophia and Noah's Dad was away on business. Their Mom only took them to a couple of houses. Maya did not get so lucky, she had a stomach flu. According to my grandchildren, it was "the worst Halloween ever." Hard lessons were learned this weekend.
Since December is almost upon us, my home will begin it's transformation. Half my home will be decorated for Thanksgiving while Christmas will also begin to be put up in other parts of my home. I am having two large Christmas parties in the early part of December so, here we go. I don't want to feel stressed, so I am starting early this year.
I have such pretty tea cups to share this week, starting with the amazing Aynsley. It is just perfect for Thanksgiving. The pictures do not do this cup justice.
The next cup is a Royal Albert. Love the colors on this beauty.
The last cup is a Noritake China, again, a stunning cup!
Thank you for coming to the party. It is always a pleasure to visit and share in your lives. I feel like I have this large group of friends, that I may never meet face to face, but are so precious me. A blogland family to celebrate the good, the bad and on occasion the ugly with! I have noticed that I will not be alone starting Christmas decorating, some of you are in full swing. I am excited to get new ideas for this Christmas season from you.
Please continue to pray for Terri and her son. Terri is having a very rough time right now. Also appreciate your continued prayers for my son. Kyle is getting better each day and for that, I thank God. The pictures above are taken at my home, carving pumpkins. That's my Fireman son carving pumpkins in the first photo. See you at the party! Hugs, Martha

Hi Martha,
Yes, we do have such wonderful blogging friends, don't we. People that share tea seem to be such kind, gentle souls. I'm glad your son is improving. He's still in my prayers, along with Terri and her son.
Now, onto your teacups...what beauties they are! I'm sorry your grandkids had such a sad Halloween, but next year will be better! Thanks for hosting your lovely party.

Great family moments, Martha. Love your golden teacups!...Christine
Hi Martha,
I am overjoyed to hear that your son is improving! Wonderful news! Your teacups are spectacular - the gold is so very rich! Sad that the kiddies were not well for Hallowe'en. Poor darlings. I will continue to pray you, Terri and your sons . Happy November Dear Friend! Karen
Every Tea Cup Tuesday I choose a tea cup from each post to feature on my Tea Cup Tuesday Pinterest Board that links directly to the original post, so other folks can come see the lovelies. YOU make it so very, very hard to choose only one!
Now that your family is getting over the "ickies", Thanksgiving will surely be wonderful.
Glad to hear your son is doing better. What a halloween you had.... we never have kids come by anymore so don't even bother to buy extra...I would just eat it!!!
What a group of beauties you are sharing today. I would not be able to pick my favorite.
Sending prayers for strength, healing, and comfort to you,Terri and your sons. My special prayer is that you and she will feel God's hand upon you in a special way.
What a disappointing Halloween for the kids. You are right some lessons are not so happy, but it's a Halloween memory that will be shared and brought up later in their lives over many holiday events, "Do you remember that Halloween when..." and in the end it's our shared stories that bring us closer. Angels to you sweetest of ladies. Have a blessed week.
So happy to hear your son is feeling better and my, but you have had your troubles, haven't you? It's a new week and a new month. Happier days ahead. Your teacups are so beautiful!
I cannot link up with you today as your linky won't let me. I've tried several times but alas, no way will it work for me. Thank you for stopping by to visit me.
Blessings,
Sandi
Hi Martha, Hope your son is better very soon. Prayers for him and Terri and her son. Terri is missed! Your teacups are beautiful and as always, your vignettes/images are gorgeous and so creative. The Aynsley is my favorite; I really like the Noritake too - it's unique and the design reflects its oriental heritage. Have a good week, Martha.
You have a beautiful family Martha! I'm sorry to hear things go not so well.
Thank you so much for your sweet visit to my blog. Sending you hugs and prayers.
Dear Martha,
Your lines made me smile: Important lessons have been learned during Halloween. I hope the bad times for your family will be over soon and so I wish it for Terri. You are always in my thoughts. Thank you for sharing the fun and the sorrows of your life and the beautiful collection. And thank you for hosting this sweet event.
Blessings, Johanna
I didn't have many children at my door on Halloween either, so now I have lots of chocolate to eat!
Oh my golly that Ansley is STUNNING - wow, that has to be one of the most beautiful teacups I have ever seen.
A stomach flu is going around here in central Ohio, too - my youngest was sick to her stomach for a few days. I am almost afraid to leave the house!
Praying for good health to you and your family. Thanks for hosting.
Hugs.
Got linked up at last!
I hope that all your family are as well as they can be very soon. xx
Hello Dear Martha....Oh, that first cup is beyond gorgeous.
I pray your "boy" returns to total health soon, Martha. When our children suffer, we suffer.
So sorry Halloween was a bust for the kids. Give the candy to them! Hugs. Susan
The kids looked so cute for Halloween. Too bad they did not enjoy. I pray for Terri and the sons. Wise woman to prepare for holidays now. I am partial to the colors on the Royal Albert. Lots of gold. Take care.
Hi Martha, good to hear that your son is recovering. I've been wondering about Terri and her son too. Do you get in touch with her? I hope she is getting better. I am hoping to join your tea party this week. I like your Aynsley tea cup. They are so pricey here in OZ.
Enjoy your week, and thank your for hosting
OOpss, don't know what happened to my picture. I have no idea how to fix it.
A lot of nice cups
I just love that Aynsley cup with the fruit. So pretty, and perfect for fall harvest time. Sorry the children had a rough Halloween; it is a disappointment to be sick when you're looking forward to fun.
I have been praying for Terry and her son, but all this time I don't don't what happened but wasn't sure about asking. Can you share that, and also about your son. Was he injured firefighting? Sorry, I think I missed the original prayer requests.
Blessings to you, and best wishes planning those parties!
Martha here is hoping all of your family gets better and you have blessed holidays! Thanks fro hosting!
Sherry
