HAPPY THANKSGIVING 2014!

Hello Ladies and welcome to Tea Cup Tuesday No. 248! This is the last Tea Cup Tuesday of November.  Our year is truly gone by so quickly.  So much has happen to us this year and it is not over yet.  Many of us are getting ready for Thanksgiving this week, with grown children coming home and our houses filled.  Our family will be celebrating starting Wednesday and on through the weekend.  I know I am ready for turkey!

I have begun to set the table for my family.  We will have our first Thanksgiving celebration on Wednesday because we wanted everyone to be able to share in at least one turkey dinner without work interfering.  It always seems like we have so much to do during this season and so little time to do it.  It is so important to be with family when at all possible.  Some of my family I have not seen years because of distance.

This week I am sharing two cups.  The first is this Bavarian tea cup that I have had for a very long time.  The necklace in the cup reminds me of all the "jewels" in our family.

The last one is an Aynsley.  I am sure you figured that one out right away.  A stunning piece of china!

As we pause this week to give thanks for so much, our Nation, our families and our friends.  Let us not forget to give thanks to the  Holy One who has given us all these blessings.  Regardless of what we have been going through, we know that He is faithful!  Please continue to pray for our dear friend Terri and her son, who are struggling this week.  I would also appreciate your continued prayers for my son.  He is improving everyday.  As you can see, Noah and Sophia are eager for Christmas to come!

Please know how thankful I am of you and our friendship.  Have a wonderful Thanksgiving.  Hugs, Martha

Jordan 13 Black Teal, But again, that's just window dressing for Extraction, which further speaks to the surface level depth of the Netflix movie. Mar that with one note characters for those that have characteristics to begin with, as the others might as well be replaced with props who survive thanks to plot armour, and it makes you wonder how (or if) Extraction would have been any different if it was still in its original form as Ciudad? It's been through so much churn that the costumes for its nondescript band of Bangladeshi special forces look like the discards for a film set in America. There's no shortage of gunplay, grenades, and hand to hand combat on Extraction but little else..
