WINTER COLLECTIONS COMING OUT OF BINS!

Did I ever tell you I collect Hummels? I have more plates than the figurines, but I have amassed a little bit of both. Well, winter bins are coming out of storage and so are the Hummels. I may put some of these for sale on Ebay, I think I need to thin them out. Anyway, here what the cat drag in. I will show you more as they make their appearance!

The golden deer is from an estate sales I went to Saturday. It reminded me of one my Grandmother always had on her dresser. The butter knives, well you can never have enough of those. The bracelet, don't you just love the colors? I do! Some days I feel more like a "Serial Collector" than others, this is one of those days. Hope all is well with you! Blessings, Martha

That brought back memories! My Nanny used to have some Hummel and I once had two of the figures years ago, can't remember what happened to them though! Suzie. xx

It must be so much fun to pull tings out of storage every year! Like Christmas each time! I can't wait to see what comes out then! I don't know how I missed your Pink Saturday post, I think blogger is having difficulties lately. I've also had some comments that haven't posted-strange. I say go ahead and post your crown how to! It could be fun, maybe I'll make one with my niece. I think she'd love it and she has a Birthday just around the corner. I hope your week is going well and you've lost some of your creakiness!

Winter...yikes!!! I love that theater mask bracelet. How do you find this stuff? My grandmother had the exact deer container and I remember looking at it so lovingly as it sat on her vanity table....good memories ~

Martha, your plates, figuines, flowers and jewlery are just wonderful. ~How we love to collect things.
~ At times I feel guilty about it..but then I realize NO ONE in my family, or extented family are "doing without" as a result of my "collecting"... and so I don't worry about it too much after all. ~~
God must have made us the way we are about loving our surroundings...and being creative...I feel as long as I tithe...I am right with HIM about it all.
Not sure why I thought I had to say all that, but I guess I did.
Nice to meet another Christian collector.

What gorgeous hummel figurines. My mother collects them as well. They are so detailed and lovely. The deer is really pretty as well.
