HAPPY PINK SATURDAY! A DAY TO CELEBRATE!

"I will bless the Lord at all times. His praise shall continually be in my mouth." Happy Pink Saturday! I am so pleased to tell you that the first thing the doctor told me when I woke up from surgery was "You have no cancer, Mrs Cook!" That was followed by, "No mass, no polyp, nothing! I don't know what happened, but you are just fine. You can go home." A five hour surgery took less than an hour. God is so good! Thank you all for praying for me. I will be forever grateful. You can know that God heard you!

After sleeping my day away at home yesterday. I just had to get up an post for Pink Saturday. Pink is the color of love. I am feeling very loved today. Here is a small sample of the pink on the rod iron shelf I have in the living room.

Tonight I go see "Mary Poppins". I had purchased these tickets months ago and was not sure I would be able to use them tonight. Here I am, ready to spend the evening with my two daughters and my Princess Maya. So much to be grateful for, my heart is full.

You are the best! Have a great PS and a fun Super bowl Sunday! Hugs, Martha

Martha,
Love the tea pots. I have a similar rose shaped one!! I collect tea pots, tea cups and anything Victorian or having to do with the Era. Thanks for stoping by my blog. In answer to your question about my trees and house, no, I don't have a large home. It is a condo or townhouse as I am not sure what you call it in your next of the woods. I do 12 trees for Christmas(all sizes) and right now 6 Valentine's Day trees. Yes, I am crazy! But crazy for decorating. I have a link to my ph0to albums on WebShots to the right of my blog should you be interested. Here's to a finding a kindred spirit!!!

Praise God! Wonderful news regarding your surgery! I know we don't formally know one another, but I'm sitting here totally in awe of your story. Thank you God!

I can't even think of another thing to say. My heart is so full. But I wanted to say how beautiful your photos were but got so overwhelmed with your good news till I temporarily lost my way. God shows us miraculous signs when we least expect it, that He is still in charge. He baffles the minds of man..like those doctors that could not explain why you had no remaining traces of disease.

Stories like yours..encourage my heart and soul. Thank you again for sharing such wonderful news! Blessings and prayers, Terri

Lots of beautiful pink in those photos. I used to have a teapot just like the one with gold diamonds and roses on it. It was a wedding gift from my English professor at college and I was heartbroken when I broke it one day.
