LAST WEEK TO SIGN UP FOR THE TEA CUP TRIO GIVEAWAY!

Hello dear ladies!  Hope your week was wonderful.  I was away all weekend on a Retreat,  I did not get to go last year because of what happen to my son, during the fires.  This was the first week end I have left he alone since the accident happened that changed his life.  He do not do as well as I have hoped alone, but I am back and will spend the week, getting him back on tract.  Please say and extra prayer for him this week.  Thanks.    This is the last week you can sign up for the free give away of the Johnson Bros. trio that is pictured about.  I will add a few more treasures, but they will be a surprise.
Thank you again for your faith following, especially  this past year, when everything kind of took a very bad turn.

Just in the beginning to take my Halloween things out of storage and getting ready to decorate with them.  October, November and December are my favorite months to decorate my home.  I love the fact that we have use old collections, vintage plates and give my home a nice lived in feel.  Ready to welcome, and friends who will stop by.  I have been told that the article I submitted to Romantic Homes is going to be publish in the Christmas issue.  I am so excited.  I will let you know.

As  you might figure, I have not had time to work with my pictures so please bear with me just a little while more.

I am featuring two unsigned, vintage beauties this week.  This first cup is a Pheasant design in a demitasse size.  Very rich colors, the pictures do not do it justice.

This last cup is make in Japan and is also a demitasse cup.  I love that the tea cup handle is a little bird.  It is so cute!

My sweet kitchen has begun to fill with hens and all the colors of Fall.

Kitchen Door!

Love this time of the year!

Here are some the parties I will be joining this week.  Please don't forget to let me know you are following me here or at Pretty Vintage Things.  You will get extra tries for that.  Have a great week.
Lots of hugs, Martha

Oh dear Martha, I made a mistake and posted last week's post right now! Please delete for me, as I have my rosary cake and table for this week.
I am praying for you, we always remember to pray for you, dear Martha.
I also want to join the giveaway, as I will be in Miami, Flo. by early November, so if I'm the lucky one, you can mail it to my DDs address.
Congrats about the magazine issue, I hope I can still get one when I'm there in Miami.
Thank you for hosting this sweet tea party.

Aw, Martha, your son is having a hard time of it, isn't he? Bless his heart! I will pray for him. Your pheasant teacup is so cute. My cousin has a family of pheasants living in her garden. The babies were so cute! I really like your chickens! Would love to win your trio as I do love anything made by Johnson Bros. and I am a follower. Thank you for hosting and enjoy your week.

Blessings,
Sandi

What an exciting post. Sweet prayers for your son. And what a treat for you to be able to get away for a bit - and of course congratulations on your fame. I just adore the way you set up your photographs - I like to study them and learn tricks for better photographs. And the pretty give-away set is darling and anyone will be super lucky who wins it. Just lovely post.

Martha, I am praying for you and your son. As the mother of two grown-up men who have both faced serious trials (and are both now healthy, praise God!), I can relate. . .and how fortunate we feel that we can be here to love and help our children, no matter how old they are! Your son is blessed to have his Mother so close. Your teacups are always a treat to behold, and I look forward to your weekly inspirations.
