COUNTING MY BLESSINGS!

Hi Ladies:  Welcome to Tea Cup Tuesday No. 282.  Did you notice someone was missing in action last week?  I am so sorry I did not give you a heads up, but I must confess I have had one of the most awful few weeks.  My health, my family, my car, my computer,  I am so glad God does not give us more than we can bear, because, I am at capacity.  Doing a little bit better now and hope to continue.  In the mist of all the happenings last week, I did not want to miss celebrating my son's birthday.  We gathered as family and friends to celebrate and thank God for his recovery after last year's fire accident.  He has decided to start again and become a teacher.  I am so grateful for a change in his heart and less stress for me.  Here he is in his most important role, Uncle!

This first cup I am sharing is a Taylor and Kent.  I love the pot belly shape of the cup.  It is amazing looking.

I am sure you have all seen this cup, a Royal Chelsea, also just stunning!

This last cup is an Aynsley.  It looks like liquid gold.  One of my all time favorites!  It had been on my wish list for a while, until I found it at a very reasonable price.

I would like to thank you for your continued prayers. I especially would like to thank Kitty.  She sent me an email at the most perfect of time.  I felt broken that day and God sent her to me.  Thanks so much dear lady.  It is so amazing how, we may have never met, but blog friends are so special. Here are some of the parties I will do my best to join.  Thanks for faithfully following this party. Blessings, Martha

Hi Martha,
It's so nice to see a post this week from you and a very Happy Birthday to your son. I'm so happy for him and for you on his new career plans. Thank you for blessing me with such kind comments, sweet friend. We do touch each other's lives so very much, even though we've never met (except in our hearts!). Hi Martha,
I was really missing you and worried about you and should have e-mailed you. Please forgive me my sweet friend. We had a family reunion and I was baking and preparing for our trip. I do hope that things settle down for you and how exciting that your son is changing professions. I did enjoy teaching - kiddies say the cutest things and he will love this rewarding job. Your teacups are once again exquisite! Take care Dear Martha! Blessings! Karen
