GORGEOUS DAINTY PINK TEA CUPS!

Hello Ladies: Welcome to our 71st Tea Cup Tuesday! Wasn't this week's party a lot of fun? I am not even halfway through visiting. "Where Woman Create" is amazing! I can't believe some of the beautiful places I have visited so far. I saw a lot of very good ideas I am going to use in my craft room. When I visited Holly, http://hollylovesart.blogspot.com/, it felt like home. When I visit Rebecca, http://rebecca-gatheryeroses.blogspot.com/, well her room is just a pink dream. You have to stop by and see how she stores her vintage lace. It is just amazing! I look forward to visiting more of your lovely rooms.

I remembered today, I promised to show you some of my cameo collection. (I bet you thought I forgot.) I am scattering them throughout this post. They are so much fun to collect and great to use as decoration. Of course, they are also fun to wear! Since I collect ladies of all types, cameos fit in just right!

With lovely in mind, I am showing you a few of my very dainty tea cups this week. I am starting with this vintage, Staffordshire, Myott. I think this pattern is still made today. It is just as beautiful as ever. I love the pinks on this plate. When I look at these cups, I can't make up my mind if I prefer soft colors or more of the vivid colors. so, I do both! You can see all those colors throughout my home. I just can't make up my mind, which I enjoy the most.

The next cup is a Coal Port. It is called "Junetime". This cup has all the vivid colors I just love. I am especially found of the scalloped edges.

This next cup is also a Coal Port. It is so delicate and I love the coffee can shape. It is as beautiful in person as it is in these pictures.

Last but not least, by any means is this pink and blue cup. It is made by "EW" and was handpainted. I wish I knew what the EW stands for. It is also a numbered cup. My guess is that it is EW Princess, Made in Japan. Not so sure, but the cup is very pretty.

I have to share about the "Sweet Home Alabama" song. It is my ringtone on my son's phone. When his friends hear it, they know that have to turn down the music in his back house. I have no idea why he picked that song, but one ring and the music always comes down quickly. I was just thinking I have not had to "call" in a few weeks. Oh, I wish you could hear Noah sing it! He talks and sings with a little Southern accent. Why a Mexican would have a Southern accent, only God knows!

Our Mr. Linky is coming to us once again from England, as our Terri tours the land. Thank you for your faithfulness to this party. It seems that it gets more amazing each week. I love how new Tea Cup lovers join us each week. Please don't forget to visit my website, I have added a lot of fun things. Have a great week. Hugs, Martha

I was swooning over your cameo collection. I have always loved them, but don't wear them. Seeing how you have displayed them is inspiring to collect and display ... I don't need to wear them to enjoy their loveliness...
You have also shared some wonderful beauties.. your teacups are all lovely ... the shape of the first cup had me captivated not to mention the colour combination.. Wishing you a fabulous week- xo HHL

Hi Martha,
Your teacups are beautiful :) :) I'll check out some of those websites you mentioned. I absolutely adore Where Women Create and Where Women Cook. I follow both sites ;) :)

Your cameos are beautiful. I always wonder about pieces like that. Did a gentleman wear a cameo of his sweetheart to remember h er while he's at sea? Just an example... :) :) Your collection is beautiful :) :) Have a great week. Love and hugs from Oregon, Heather :)

I purchased my first one in Nebraska recently when visiting my mom and dad. It was stunning...then I came home and made a cameo out of fondant for a cupcake topper!! Spoiler for a future post but I am sure you will enjoy seeing an edible version! I will have to send you one! Hugs...Trish

Martha, you always have such beautiful tea cups/saucers...I can't tell which is my favorite, but I do like the EW set with the pretty rose inside the cup, and the delicate colors and shape. Very nice.

Enjoy the day,

Such a wealth of beauties. I have an antique cameo ring and pin, but not such an incredible collection! I love the cups...all of them...but the Staffordshire just makes my heart leap! I am looking for a "perfect cup," as the love of china cups is new to me. This one would fit the bill!!!

Thank you for the treat. I would love a visit!
