HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!

Hello Ladies!  Welcome to Tea Cup Tuesday No. 301.  Hope your Easter was amazing.  We have so much to be grateful for,  my heart is full.  Spent the day at church and then with our family.  We had the Easter Bunny stop by and the children looked for the eggs he left behind.  Some eggs even had a few dollar bills.  The Bunny was feeling generous.

Today I begin the sad task of taking my Easter decorations down.  Before I do, I want to share the last of my Easter tea cups.

This first one is unsigned.  I have had it for years.  Notice the Christian "fish" handle.  It is so beautiful, all hand leafed.

This last one is a Hammersley & Co., made in England.  Nothing
says Easter better than buttercups.

It  is time to say goodbye to bunnies and flowers and to thank God for the Resurrection.  To have another year of serving Him and looking forward to what He has for us.  Thank you for following this party.   Please feel free to post anything your heart desires.  Blessings, Martha

Celebrating Easter on this Tea Cup Tuesday!

Hello Ladies and welcome Tea Cup Tuesday No. 300!  I was not sure I would ever even post again because of what was going on at home.  My beloved son was hospitalized and I caught bronchitis.  It seem like our world was just falling apart.  I am so glad to be sharing today, it looks like we may have this behind us.
My Vegan son, finally decided to try some medication.  He never puts anything not natural in his body, which has been part of our problem.  I thank God he made the decision to eat and try some meds.  I know this is very personal, but I think maybe someone will be helped and someone may be able to give me help too.  He is doing so well. Please continue to pray for him as we walk this journey.  Never give up trusting God for the answer!

Easter Sunday is just around the corner and I feel like our family has had a Resurrection as well.  The Rabbit Tea Pot is Royal Albert  Country Rose.

This lovely tea cup is also a Royal Albert.

This last cup I am sharing is a vintage Limoges.  It is a demitasse cup that is wafer thin.

My Princess Maya turn 13 and my handsome Grandson Noah turn 8 last week.

Sophia got a new dog!

I am sorry this blog has been hard to follow lately.  I do thank you for all the emails and for your faithfulness.  You are wonderful friends.  Here are some of the parties I will be joining this week.

BACK TO NORMAL ON TEA CUP TUESDAY!

Hi Ladies:  Welcome to Tea Cup Tuesday No. 299 and my home a place where anything can and does happen.  Well, my son has had a better week, thank God. Things have come back to "our" normal around here.  I was having a new floor put in my laundry room and my $3500, stackable washer and dryer fell.  They fell face first and were destroyed. Of course,  the homeowners insurance does not cover dumb moves (I don't know why?)  So, I had to purchase a new set.  I am grateful no one was hurt, except a little damage to some pride.  God is good.

I have decided to decorate for Easter a little early.  I always decorate when I am stressed.  (I have been a decorating fool, lately.)  Easter is my second favorite holiday.  Love to use the lavender and purple colors. I especially love the little bunnies, they remind me of my youth. I am a Christian and know that Easter is all about the Resurrection of Jesus.  I just think bunnies are so cute. The first cup I am sharing is this English, Iris in a basket.  Great colors and delightful to use.

The second cup also features Iris flowers.  It was made in Japan.

My Granddaughter Maya wore her Greek Goddess dress.  She said she felt like a Goddess. She growing up so quickly.  Tomorrow, Sophia will have her dance recital.  We just keep our fingers crossed she will dance.  She does great, when she is home alone.

Here is this week's link and the parties I am going to join this week.  Please feel free to join the party and share whatever is on your heart.  Have a great week.  Sending hugs, Martha
