I always look forward to Easter. We celebrate the Resurrection, it is my favorite Holiday. I guess next to Christmas, this is the one holiday I have the most decorations for. Although, I am in the process of down sizing for my children's sake, I love to decorate my house in purples.
Purple is the color of Royalty and what a better color for this holiday. My son thinks, I have not gotten rid of anything. It is always a battle to convince him otherwise. I do hope you enjoy the pictures of my living room. I always love to change things around each month.

ReplyDeleteI remember when I was a little girl and Easter was just around the corner, I just had to have a"new" Easter bonnet. My grandmother always saved our old hats and each year we made new ones out of all the old bonnets. The best thing ever as a little girl of 8 was to have the longest bow ribbons hanging from behind the hat... What memories.
