UNUSUAL TEA TREASURES!

Hello Tea Cup Lovers! Welcome to Tea Cup Tuesday No. 35 with Terri and Martha. I hope you had a wonderful weekend and are looking forward to getting back to normal. Sharing our tea cups! (Is that normal?)
I am excited to show you some new pretties. I am in the process of taking off Halloween and putting up Thanksgiving decorations. It feels like Christmas every time I open a bin and discover what I purchased last year! Oh and to my surprise, I found more tea cups! I love it when that happens.

The ones I am sharing with you today are so different from the many others you may have seen in my collection. The very first one is a Haviland Limoges! (Be still my heart!) Just look at the saucer! Have you ever seen any thing like it? Only Limoges, could pull this off. It has a slightly fluted round cup with a kicked loop handle shaped like a ribbon. Beautiful, if I do say so myself!

Cup No. 2 is also a Limoges. It is a rare left-handled cup with an ornate loop handle that looks more like it has been made in gold metal, not porcelain china. I even found a date for this cup c.1983. It is very large and spectacular.

Cup No. 3 is also Haviland Limoges. A very different style for them. It is a slightly waisted tapered cup with unusual angular rustic. The handle is slightly angular. Very pretty!

Cup No 4 is from Denmark. It is so fine that when you hold it to the light, it has a lace designed, only seen in the light. I am not sure if you can see it, but the top of the handle has a smiling face, looking up at you. It is so cute! You can tell I am quite pleased with my new found (under basement) treasures!

The very top picture is a fruit bowl I use in the fall. Perfect shape don't you think? I want to thank all the new ladies who have joined my blog and are now part of the party. It is so fun to go and see your beautiful homes and tea cups. It is like opening a magazine with all it's treasures. Only, unlike the magazine I know you, which makes it so much for fun!

I just had to show thise Venetian glass, it is so beautiful, it must be shared. You know what to do with Mr. Linky.

Thank you so much for always being there for me. Please let me know, if you have an prayer needs. I would love to bring your requests to the Lord. Blessings!
